When you choose some streams a dialog should appear
prompting you to wait for a unique web player plugin to install,
that is if you don't already have it.

If you are not prompted and you can't view the stream, you can
find out which player you need by simply mousing-over the player
icon key at the top of the Entertainment Stream selection area.
There are corresponding icons beside each stream indicating
the player being used.
